Prices are estimates for guidance only. Final charges are confirmed by Saudi Post (SPL) at the time of shipping. This tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by SPL.

How this is calculated

SPL charges by the greater of two weights: the actual weight of your parcel and its volumetric weight. Volumetric weight reflects the space a parcel takes up, so a large but light box can cost more than its scale weight suggests.

Volumetric weight

Volumetric weight in kg equals length x width x height (in cm) divided by 5000. For example, a 40 x 30 x 20 cm box measures 24,000 cubic cm, which gives 4.8 kg. If that box weighs 2 kg on the scale, the chargeable weight is 4.8 kg.

Domestic and international prices

  • Domestic shipments are priced by service, either Economy or Express.
  • International shipments are priced by destination country and weight band.
  • The maximum is 30 kg per shipment.

Prices shown by the calculator are estimates. SPL confirms the final charge when you ship.
